I see that the area is highlighted - I can't identify that has the firearm he was carrying - that being said the shooting from what has been told so far was unnecessary.
the government's claim that he was resisting violently - technically is correct - he was physically resisting - but appears to be misleading to the point of falsehood - there was no claim that he used or was in a position to use the firearm against the officer.
A "bad shooting" and people need to pay.

@ElwoodBlues if I were on the jury I would want the video authenticated - not saying it isn't real - it's just too easy to fake.
that being said - there are numerous reports that he was disarmed first and then executed.

@Pretzel As far as I can tell, it was shot by the woman in the pink/red parka who is visible in some of the earliest videos shot from the donut shop.
It looks like it's been stabilized; it's also 480X480 pixels, so it's a box from the original video.

I'm very concerned about faked evidence - there was a lady in Florida that was the victim of fake texts and got arrested.
