@ididntknow Yeah most hunters have gone away from the 30.06 because of the damage they do. If you shoot an animal for food you don't want the meat scattered all over the place. You want an intact animal. I shot a prairie hare with one one day. Pretty much all that was left was the hind feet and the ears. Everything else was gone or turned into minced meat. Not a pretty sight. Kirk was not shot with a 30.06.

@ididntknow Now your spreading fake news. First off...you have no clue how big the hole in Charlie's neck was. That detail has never been released. Secondly, bullet behavior isn't predictable - no one knows exactly what its going to do when it hits. The neck is full of soft tissue and 30-06 could easily go through and through.

@ididntknow I honestly didn't follow Charlie Kirk and didn't really pay attention to his murder either. Based on my experience with rifles I knew they were lying about the murder weapon when they said they found the bullet still in Charlie's body. A 30.06 would not have stayed in the body and likely would have been deadly to anyone down range of Charlie. I have since read reports by several gun experts who said the same thing.

@ididntknow Many people who "know about guns" smell a bs conspiracy theory from leftists a mile away. Show me the autopsy report that says "no exit wound"
