Are gore vids illegal to watch?

I wouldn't want to watch any but watching someone being murdered.. surely that's kinda illegal? 😨

The smother fights that I take part in don't end in murder, but the loser might as well be, because she ends up unconscious. With the vibrator also being used brings up a lot of other questions. Everything we do is legal.
