ie burglary? that's what a guest said on the new culture forum on youtube just now.....in the uk, burglary has been decriminalized? i find that staggering...does anyone know if this is true?

Sounds like rubbish. I was burgled and had forensics round but chances of them catching anybody? No. It was part of a mini crimewave 12 break ins and they had pictures of the suspect but I don't think he was ever caught.
edit: the difference between it being decriminalized and them actually catching somebody isn't a great deal to the victims.
