why is there always black on black crime?

Crime itself tends to be intra-racial. White criminals target whites, black criminals target blacks, Asian criminals, Asians, Hispanic criminals target other Hispanics. For the most part criminals commit crimes in their own neighborhoods. They’re opportunistic.

One reason "black on black" crime is such a buzz phrase is because of anti-black racism and the perception that [b]all[/b] black people are criminals. Generally people using the term can’t see any difference between black criminals and law-abiding black citizens.

That’s why in many cases the people are in danger from both the criminals [b]and[/b] law enforcement, who also see no difference and take the attitude "they kill each other, anyway." 😞
