Wanted Child rapist finally caught

At the rate they either want to or do in fact de -fund police departments as in NYC by 1 billion dollars and the politicians and their cronies appease the criminal elements and riotous mobs there is great potential to see a rise in vigilantes and such actions taken by people like this “renegade.” And I cite NYC but this could easily become rampant world wide where people do not feel their police are able to or willing to protect them because they are being kept from doing so by politicians and leaders whose jobs are to protect their citizens.
