The supreme court ruled in Frazier v. Cupp that Cops can lie to suspects to convict people.

One lie that they love to tell more than other lies is that your accomplices have turned on you and started talking with them. This is often total bullshit. its not true at all. When they tell you this my Advise is this: Tell them: until you can show me a Video of them saying I'm the ringleader, this didn't happen and I Invoke the 5th. Video of it or it didn't happen.

if these children had known that the cops could lie to them to prove their case and demanded that the Police prove that more of them had turned at the end they might have gotten away with it, the two who started talking had very little evidence to prove what they were saying in court.

this is not legal advise, but, if you ask a lawyer they'll probably say I'm right. So go ahead.
