Trump and Blanche SQUEEZED by Comey’s BLISTERING Motion to DISMISS “Seashell” Indictment!!!

[media=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiUHlIME_y0]

Popok explains that Former FBI Dir. and public Trump critic, James Comey is in the process of filing a series of fiery motions addressed to his criminal indictment for effectively "liking" someone else's social media post about removing the President from office, the now infamous "8647" seashell indictment approved by Todd Blanche, and the first motion to dismiss has now been filed. Popok explains that between now and August, at least one more motion, this time for vindictive prosecution dismissal, will also be filed, and he explains the difference and why they should succeed.

IMO there is almost no chance this ever makes it to trial. It is rare for a Judge to dismiss a Grand Jury indictment. But they can do so if there are Constitutional violations like vindictive prosecution or violations of free speech.
@MoveAlong I agree that it won’t make it to trial. The judge may very well dismiss it at this point; if not, the vindictive prosecution motion will be coming in very short order.

The DO(in)J has lost the Presumption of Regularity and is now viewed as being intentionally deceitful and guilty of Fraud Upon the Court.

I hope that the judge sanctions the DO(in)J lawyers involved in bringing this case—not the “newbie” novice prosecutors who are being saddled with these pathetic Demented Donnie Revenge Tour Cases.
