@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow TOAD has basically backed them into a corner with multiple legal Catch-22s. The cases they have submitted to the courts are simply ludicrous and when the courts make demands TOAD simply says “no we are not going to do that…”

Federal Judges don’t accept that. Apparently TOAD never got the memo…
