Why is Harvey Weinstein in jail?

Is it right to put someone in jail for being a degenerate?

Women who had sex with Weinstein are women who wanted to. They have nothing else to offer. They wanted to get rich and become famous actresses. Why do men get into trouble for this?

@emiliya He wasn't convicted of rape but I would give him ten years for slapping and kicking his girl friend around like a rag doll. She didn't appear to be a willing participant in that assault.
