Well now we have a credible Senator in El Salvador who met with Garcia today

At least we know he is still alive.

And we know the tRUMP misadministration violated his right to due process.

And we know that Bondi lied about the facts of his case.

We cannot allow our courts to let this travesty of justice to continue.

I’m glad he’s still alive. Now we just have to make sure he gets back home to his loved ones. I hope he’s compensated for Trump’s screw-up, too.

@bijouxbroussard Personally, I hope that tRUMP and his minions in his DO(in)J have to pay—and pay dearly for their denial of Garcia’s rights.

@KunsanVeteran Exactly. While I don’t think he can sue the president personally, he can sue the government as an individual for damages. Tanzin v. Tanvir authored by none other than Justice Clarence Thomas.
