Now the prosecutor gets to take this to appeal , which should be upheld and have the case reinstated with a new judge. Just what we wanted for Christmas. Of course the delay cant be made up and if he gets elected (or installed by a coup) Its a Federal case to be dropped..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman I think that because jeopardy wasn’t attached and Cannon dismissed the case rather than ruling on his guilt or innocence, Special Prosecutor Jack Smith should be able to re-file in either DC or NJ since tRUMP committed the document crimes in those jurisdictions as well as FL. It wouldn’t be double jeopardy.
Smith should immediately re-file in DC.
Smith should immediately re-file in DC.

@KunsanVeteran In this case, he simply appeals the dismissal to the appeals court.. Since the grounds almost certainly wont stand (there is precedent) it just rolls to another judge..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman You are correct—the dismissal can be appealed to the appeals court. The prosecution has several different strategies to choose from and that is the most likely.
