The worst part about the Trump immunity ruling is that the Supreme Court set the immunity standard super vague so they can decide on a case-by-case

basis. They can literally just decide cases based on the party affiliation of the President in question.

It does appear that way. I think we are in for a decade long period of Fed vs states concerning a lot of laws .
