Judge Merchan rolls back a portion of the tRUMP gag order allowing him to talk about witnesses

The CONVICTED FELON however, cannot discuss any prosecutor, court staffer or their family members as the latest order from Merchan upholds that portion of the gag order. That aspect of the gag order remains in effect at least until his sentencing, which is set for July 11, the latest ruling says. Presumably, the jury also remains protected.

Yes, because what political campaign is complete without being able to call those that helped convict you special nicknames?
And putting those people's lives in even further danger is all part of a good strategy too, right?

@Carla Seems the GQP has fallen to those depths.

No,@KunsanVeteran...they willingly took the elevator down. And it isn't anything really new. They seem to enjoy slithering around down there. It suits them.
You presume wrong. Jury is not protect under this gag order.

@Sojournersoul There is limited protection. He may not single out a juror and can only talk in general terms. If he says that the jury was unfair to him; that’s ok. If OTOH he says a particular juror had it in for him; that is not ok.
