Not condoning speeding through an obvious construction zone. That's no bueno. But sometimes they set them up in a way that's a trap. That's not cool either.

When I told my brother, he was pretty disgusted. He considers the area a speed trap. He says that what makes it worse is that construction workers are not easily seen. A ticketing officer can essentially cite you for the maximum whether a construction worker is there or not. That's what made my brother so angry. "Drivers are set up to fail in that area."
The good news? I learned my lesson. Permanently.
