Just how disruptive has Alina Habba been in QI’s defamation trial?

It certainly appears that both Habba and Quad Indicted are trying to force a mistrial. Well, thus far Habba certainly appears to be totally inept as a lawyer, [b]but even she should know [/b]that the judge can sanction both her and Quad Indicted. The judge can make a summary judgement for whatever amount he sees fit irrespective of the jury. If you think Rudy The Red Nosed was socked in his defamation case (and he was), you ain’t seen nothing yet!

I just bet that Judge Kaplan would [b]love to throw the book at both of them![/b]
