Question, Donald Trump is a USA citizen, no significance at all, so if he can go to the Supreme Court:

At any time and get a quick response, can I do the same thing? Example, a speeding ticket, a parking ticket, banking issue, other? If not, why not?

He paid a (relatively) lot of money to file an application for review for a speeding ticket.

You could theoretically do the same, but the filing fees, and publishing fees only get him into the system and didn't get Thomas' attention.

In short, I really doubt you and Trump practically have equal rights, no matter what the theoretical ideas may be by liberal eggheads.
