Question, Donald Trump is a USA citizen, no significance at all, so if he can go to the Supreme Court:

At any time and get a quick response, can I do the same thing? Example, a speeding ticket, a parking ticket, banking issue, other? If not, why not?

The document case is being fast tracked. This happens occasionally when a ruling must be appealed immediately to avoid being moot. For example, if someone is suing to take grandma off a ventilator and a judge approves it, waiting for an appeal means grandma will be dead by then, so the case is fast tracked.

@LeopoldBloom but, they seem to be fast tracking almost every case that politically benefits the far right wing, and nothing else.
@BackyardShaman I wouldn't say it "benefits" Trump to have the 11th circuit overrule judge Loose Cannon. But you're right, the shadow docket is a way for the court to change the rules without even having to sign their name. If the Democrats hang onto Congress, they could at least put a stop to that.
