Question, Donald Trump is a USA citizen, no significance at all, so if he can go to the Supreme Court:

At any time and get a quick response, can I do the same thing? Example, a speeding ticket, a parking ticket, banking issue, other? If not, why not?

The Supreme Court is the court of last resort. You could absolutely go to them, but only once you have been through the local court and appeals court that has jurisdiction. And it would have to be a federal issue, not a state issue. State issues like the ones you mention are normally handled through the state court system, including the state supreme court, unless there is an issue involving a dispute between several states.

@windinhishair I see, but didn’t SCzOTUS take up his whining about the State of New York’s legal activities against him?

@BackyardShaman He asked the appeals court in August to stop the investigation of his falsification of property valuations. That has not happened, and the Supreme Court has not intervened.

This is all part of a very predictable process to gum up all investigations by filing lawsuit after lawsuit, appealing every decision that doesn't go his way as many times as possible, and refusing to comply with subpoenas. He has done this his whole like.
