Question, Donald Trump is a USA citizen, no significance at all, so if he can go to the Supreme Court:

At any time and get a quick response, can I do the same thing? Example, a speeding ticket, a parking ticket, banking issue, other? If not, why not?

If my memory serves me right anyone can appeal to the SCOTUS. It doesn't mean they will take up the case. Alot of times they just refer it back down to the lower courts.
