Obviously her "wokeness" is far too important to her. That means she will always be biased as a Supreme Court Justice.

@4meAndyou no more biased than the Republican judges. Nobody expected, for example Kavanaugh to embrace principles held by Democrats. The ideal would be to always have 4 Republicans, 4 Democrats and 1 judge with no political affiliation (if that could exist!).

@leolechien I'm surprised you would say so. The other judges have no extreme bias, IMO. Instead, it was a concern for Constitutional judges on the Supreme Court to follow the Constitution.

@leolechien Justices are to have NO political affiliation or bias.
They are to make decisions based on LAW.
Doesn't seem to always go that way.
That's how we got Obamacare for example.
The Supreme Court saw fit to re-write legislation to fir lawful definitions.
