What would you do if your 10yo child told you they were the opposite gender that they were born as?
Let them start puberty blockers or have them wait til age 18?

Tell them you are what you were born, you can't change your Sex/gender. Part of growing up is being uncomfortable with your body and it starts at your age, just know everyone goes through it and you are beautiful the way you are. As you grow you will become more comfortable in your body.
