Whoever pitched that is a pedophile. I'm not even going to mince words, nobody but a pedo would propose that.

but there was no "harm" done because none of the children got touched, they just have to live with the idea that a pedophile made them look at his naked body and probably got off on it.
The reason we don't expose children to these things isn't because children can't handle them, it's because it keeps people from using them as avenues of exploitation like this man did. In a society where it is strange for people to be undressed, anyone who undresses will be immediately seen as suspicious. Oh no children might be mean to different bodies. Too bad, it's worth it to stop the abuse coming from adults.
