@specman Agreed, those are totally grounds for an investigation.
In my limited understanding, CPS does two things wrong (1) they take kids away from their parents, and (2) they FAIL TO take kids away from their parents. CPS is an impossible job, but they're all we've got, and they should get in there and study the whole situation.
