I Feel Pain For All Abused Children

I just found out my obese 30 year old sister is giving our beautiful 12 year old niece marijuana brownies. I hate her.

I'm curious. How does she rationalize doing this. Does she somehow think it's OK? Why would she do this?

It's illegal and she should be stopped. She apparently lacks all common sense.
