Is there a way to block all posts from accounts claiming to be 18-21 years of age?

Under privacy settings off the drop down menu oh top right of sw screen.

Scroll down to option under contact and content settings and then "tick" the second option.

@OldBrit it’s for under 18, which I have blocked. I was hoping to block 18-21, thanks anyway.
