Somali gangs in Minneapolis?

There was a shooting incident at the Eden Prairie homecoming game last Friday night by two gang members that did not go to either school. This resulted in the halting of the game and cancelation of the dance. There are supposedly 12 different gangs in minnesota that are supposedly centered in Ohio but the Hennepin county attourney says they don't exist. There have been 14 somali homicides and numerous shootings in the last two years according to the hennepin county sheriff's office. Is this real or just an excuse to do a sweeping deportation of Somali immigrants?
If it is real, do they realize the jeopardy they are subjecting the community to? I doubt these young guys have ever been to Somalia. Most likely they'd be beheaded the instant they landed there.
