Retired US Court of Appeals Judge Michael Luttig spoke to SiriusXM radio's Dean Obeidallah where he detailed a plot that was raised to him by ex-congressional staffers of how Donald Trump and Speaker Johnson were plotting to prevent Democrats from taking control of Congress on Jan. 3, 2027. As Judge Luttig put it, If Trump succeeds with this plot, "America no longer is a democracy."
