Good revenue raiser in some places.
Police hide. Snap you with a speed camera. Hard to deny it's you and your vehicle.
If you say somebody else was driving, better hope they're on your insurance documents.
Most prefer to just pay the fine rather than spend time, even more money (appearing in person, loss of earnings, legal representation etc)
If they're smart. Cops would have another trap in the opposite direction... those leg coverings are certainly a distraction for motorists coming from the other direction 😁
