Democratic Senator Chris Murphy of Connecticut joins Morning Joe to discuss his push to withhold funding from ICE. The move comes as ICE enforcement has intensified in Connecticut, and recent videos have surfaced from Danbury showing immigration agents detaining migrant parents after dropping their kids off at school bus stops. Sen. Murphy explains why he believes ICE did this intentionally to ‘traumatize’ the children and put the city ‘in a state of terror.’
