The only BETRAYAL was on the part of the Paranoid Drunkard Phony tRUMPed up “officer” who has broken the Laws of Armed Combat, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, international maritime law, and domestic law.
He is a national DISGRACE and should resign. If he refuses to resign, then he should be IMPEACHED!
