Doug Burgum contradicts the official final report by HIS OWN DEPT re: The Reflecting Pool

Davey Hearn needs to counter sue for Vindictive Prosecution, Threats, and Defamation. His damages to his reputation, his mental anguish, if he has received physical threats, the false/highly prejudicial claims by Pirro/Burgum/Donald Trump, and the defamation should entitle him to 100’s of millions of dollars in damages and punitive damages.

Good luck trying to prosecute anyone now after the motion to dismiss was filed last week blaming contractor errors.

@MoveAlong Yeah, this is still interesting. The judge did not say whether he was dismissing it with or without prejudice.

Obviously the previous indictment is no good as the information Pirro gave the Grand Jury was false. And she has gone on record saying she was not pursuing prosecution.

But tRUMP and Burgum are persisting with their lies (which the official report from Burgum’s own dept refutes!). And Burgum has since released an official post stating those same lies.

I hope Hearn’s legal team presses for maximum damages with false arrest, grand jury tampering, and defamation for starters. I could foresee astronomical damages awarded…

tRUMP likes to sue for $ 10 BILLION, so start there and go up!
