Well, these cases should teach them the difference between harmlessly touching something that had been badly repaired, and wilfully spraying masonry with paint which is very difficult to clean off...
I'd add "desperate" to "unteachable and vengeful". So desperate they will distort and use their own nation's legal system at very high levels to pursue one "offence" that never took place, and one that did but is relatively low-level.
@novaguy2u At 75 and with her long history of heavy drinking, she may be dealing with Korsakoff‘s and/or Wernicke encephalopathy. At any rate, she’s repeatedly demonstrated her incompetence.
And, frankly, I am wondering if tRUMP & possibly Pirro didn’t somehow “arrange” for this graffiti to happen…the timing , location, and circumstances are suspect to say the lest…
