‘EVERY citizen should be worried': Trump TARGETS innocent man to dodge Reflecting Pool fiasco blame

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the White House is attempting to reignite charges against Olympic canoeist David Hearn, the man accused of vandalizing the Reflecting Pool, despite U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro dropping the initial case. Nicolle Wallace is joined by Liz Oyer and Michael Feinberg for analysis on Deadline White House.

My comments:

This is especially troubling in that Pirro is trying to stand up a Special Grand Jury which can release a report on a subject without having obtained an indictment.

This will BACKFIRE BIG TIME on Demented Donnie & Drunkard Pirro.

I don't believe even this bunch would convene a special grand jury for simple a vandalism case. I believe that is something separate.

The judge is still deciding whether the dismissal of the Hearn case will be with or without prejudice. it seems like a no brainer to me.

@MoveAlong Well, the judge can influence whether Hearn and his legal staff can get the transcript and all the documentation from the Grand Jury. I am certain that Pirro did not follow proper procedures and I would be willing to wager that transcript will provide PROOF POSITIVE of vindictive prosecution.

A counter suit should net Hearn a huge settlement & damages given the public record of all the shenanigans tRUMP tried to pull in the E. Jean Carroll case(s). Maybe Roberta Kaplan would join Hearn’s legal staff???
