Paul isn’t a great physician (however Dr Anthony Fauci certainly is!)
Paul sought to entrap Dr. Fauci into a tRUMPed up perjury charge and Dr. Fauci refused to play: invoking his Constitutional right to pled the 5th multiple times. Popock explains why this was a smart move by Dr. Fauci even though he is innocent.
What wasn’t delved into here was the issue that President Biden gave Dr. Fauci a comprehensive Presidential Pardon. I wish Popock had addressed that angle as it may play out in the legal battle that is coming.
Anyway, we needn’t fear for Dr. Anthony Fauci—he’ll fare just fine. He may eventually file vindictive prosecution charges against Rand Paul.
