Earlier this year, then-Attorney General Pam Bondi posted a list of 16 Minnesota "rioters" and their mugshots, in violation of the Justice Department policy protecting the pretrial rights of people charged with crimes. The first name on the list was a special ed teacher named Christina Rank, whose criminal case was dismissed this week.
