I don’t understand how Cannon can seal this report to begin with…the DOJ submitted the report and Cannon said that “Special Prosecutors” are not legal. That’s ridiculous and should be appealed to the highest levels!

This is a very, very serious felony by tRUMP and Jack Smith absolutely nailed the investigation and his report must be acted on.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Her rationale to squash Smith’s report is that Special Prosecutors are not legal. That’s ridiculous and can be appealed. It should go to the circuit court, then the FL Supreme Court.

I cannot imagine the SCOTUS would side with her that Special Prosecutors are not legal.
