I really want to like the police but I feel like they dont do shit and even worse just get in the way
Lost bike? Stolen car? Someone attacked you? Call the police and they will file a report and wait for nothing to ever happen.
Drive 10 miles over the speed limit? Park in a bad neighborhood? Here those fuckers come wanting to give you a 300 dollar traffic ticket, ask you jackass questions that are none of their business, and search your car.
I just feel like unless you there is a murder or drug related crime, you are on your own.
Pretty much just if you have a problem you need to find a way to settle it vigilante style or through documenting a case you can push a lawsuit for. Which I guess is why it makes total sense that the law only works for the wealthy considering how the outcome depends less on justice and more on how much money you can throw at a legal team.
