Are police idiots?

A male and female cop in Britain arrested a man who was on the ground dying. He was an 18-year-old who had been stabbed. Body cam footage shows a floppy-looking body with a deathly pallor. His body must have already been cold to the touch. But the dummy police thought he was the bad guy and handcuffed the poor kid. The male cop said, “I don't think you have,” when the kid said he is stabbed.

Let's face it. Police have average intelligence. Average intelligence is the intelligence of the woman who scans your groceries and looks at the machine telling you what you owe. A damned monkey could do that. The dogs that police use in investigations are more intelligent than the officers who handle them.
