Update on the headphones

They have been returned to us and we have them now.

The teenager that had them when the police came was in 19 year old kid, he worked at the gas station. He bought them from a girl at the school.

It is confirmed that the girl had been watching Sissy for a few days and when she was in the bathroom washing your face she got into her backpack and took the headsets and left the school and sold them to the kid at the gas station. The girl is trying to save up for a PlayStation 5 apparently.

There were no charges on the teenager that bought the headphones. Hopefully he learned a bit of a lesson to be more careful about who he buys things from.

And is for the student that actually stole the headphones I do not know what will happen with her. She is a minor so that you're keeping that private.

She now has a backpack with a lock on it. She got to pick it out so she is very happy about the new bag. I hate that we have to do this. But it is what it is I guess. I am just glad that we got her headphones back.

Just like I mentioned in my previous post. Some girl was watching Sissy as she was heading towards the bathroom. That's when she made her move. You would think a 19 year old kid would have more sense than that. At least he learned his lesson not to buy anything from the streets. It's a shame we are at a point where you have to buy a lock for your daughter's bookbag.

@Barefooter25 yeah it's pretty sad but we can't risk that happening again we also talk to her about putting the bag in front of her or on her feet or even between her legs when she's in the bathroom washing her face. That way nobody can get into it plus with the lock will help too.

The officer said that the teenager at the gas station was kind of a goofy guy.

@Cigarguys Won't be surprised if he is into recreational substances. It's hard to believe going to school nowadays is like checking into an airport.

@Barefooter25 yeah LOL I kind of got that feeling from talking to the office or when he dropped off the head. I am a bit concerned that a 10 year old girl was just able to walk out of the school walk down to the gas station and come back.
