@trollslayer Well the orange color suggests it was secreted there by someone taking Rifampin.
So what are the likely pathogens? Most common candidates include: TB, mycobacterium avium, Legionnaires disease, leprosy, and meningitis from h. Influenza type b or meningococcus.
Since the Orange Toadstool (or was it a mushroom according to Stormy) is a known super spreader I think you have found the source of her infection! Great work!
