…he was exercising his 2nd Amendment right as a legal, permitted owner, he had no criminal record, he never “brandished his gun” as Noem and Bovino falsely claimed; nor was Kash Patel correct in saying that it is illegal to bring a loaded gun or extra cartridges to a protest.
No…the problem that day was the loaded guns ICE Agents Jesus Ochoa and Raymundo Gutierrez brought to that protest and used to murder a protester who was lying on the ground being beaten by multiple other ICE Agents.
That’s MURDER. That’s illegal use of deadly force. That’s deliberate LYING by Trump, Noem, and Bovino.
