[media=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HN7f2zO3ZU]

Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty joins MS NOW's Lawrence O'Donnell as Minnesota presses forward with its own investigation into the fatal shootings of Alex Pretti and Renee Good. Moriarty says she disagrees with the Trump Justice Department's assertion that state prosecutors lack authority to file charges against the federal agents who killed two U.S. citizens.

The Westfall Act as I understand it provides immunity from prosecution for federal officers when acting within their federal duties.

I believe it they violate the law in performance of their duties they are not protected. Committing manslaughter and murder are not part of their prescribed duties.
@MoveAlong You are absolutely correct. The evidence against these thugs is irrefutable. What’s more, the official statements issued by Trump, Noem, and Bovino were highly prejudicial and are felonies.

Their actions to obstruct the investigation by the proper authorities in Minnesota & Minneapolis, to contaminate the scene, to conceal the identities of the ICE agents, etc. are potential felonies by those agents and those in authority over them.

This applies to both Good and Pretti as well as the individual who suffered a non lethal gunshot. Along with felony murder & manslaughter charges and wrongful death charges.
