@Lostpoet yes she was. That’s why she was told to get out of the car.

@KateATX I don't think he rightful cause to detain them and he never said they were detained or under any arrest. Why didn't he stop her friend instead of just recording them on the phone. Again a judge will decide, but in my opinion the officer was in the wrong.

@Lostpoet she blocked the road for over 3 and a half minutes. He had every right to detain her based solely on that because that is a federal crime. She was the operator of the vehicle obstructing their operation. He was recording them with his phone because he didn’t have a body cam. And a judge wint decide anything about this a federal grand jury will. You are entitled to your opinion but based on the law he was justified. You may have acted differently if it was you having to make a split second life or death decision. In the end though she is the reason she is dead.
