ICE Tear Gases Children Headed To Halloween Parade

“In the past three months we have been inundated with reports of ICE agents deploying chemical weapons in situations that didn't even come close to calling for it. Police officers have been tear gassed, protesters have been gassed, and a school was forced to shut down permanently due to the amount of tear gas deployed down the street from it. But this past weekend might be the worst of all, as residents of a Chicago neighborhood reported that the community was gassed while children in Halloween costumes were preparing for a parade.
