Judge dismisses case
I've seen a few videos by this person and I do have to say I like this judge. In another video he dismisses a case because the police didn't cite a reason why this person was stopped, they were mad that the girl wrote a fake name down during a traffic stop. And he basically was like you can't do that, what's her crime? Being black?
In this video it was a guy who threatened hospital staff, but not really a threat, just more of an outburst as he got mad at something. Then the guy mentions he already did his time. It's not clear if they're trying to put future charges but the judge was having none of it.
The judge then tells the man to keep his anger in control as he's seen a lot of people end up behind bars due to a few seconds of anger.
What strikes me the most about this judge is their empathy. We need more people like this.
