And that is why we need to stop them at the border and insist on everyone being screened before they arrive. I wonder if those 3 have police records in their home countries?
Much of this could be avoided if they would prosecute the people buying the scrap metal they know is stolen. People that buy this stuff know doggone well that if someone arrives with 10 manhole covers that they are stolen from the community. Just like the guy that arrives with 10 catalytic converters and visits the same pawn shop with a lawn mower or tv with every visit.

@DallasCowboysFan I think they do contact the police when they try to sell manhole covers and other things that obviously look like they were stolen. Someone did try to sell those in Oklahoma and got caught. Also someone stole the vases off of grave markers, the type of vases on chains that can be turned upside down into the marker so mowers can go over the markers. Maybe this is how they got caught and arrested.
