What do you think is in that El Salvadorian prison? What are conditions like in it?

It depends on the direction your cell faces. They offer either an ocean view, a mountain view or a garden view (which is the employee parking lot). Food is basic but at least they offer pure vegan for those who don't eat red meat. And every cell has it's own Roomba vacuum cleaner which eliminates the need for sharing household equipment on cleaning day.
