Since California does not want to adhere to federal US rules and laws, they should either secede from the US or have their US statehood revoked and all federal funding stopped.

@markinkansas New England, plus New York, Washington, Oregon, California, and Minnesota should just become part of Canada. Pity about Colorado and NM, but that's geography for you.
