Should they add extra charges to people who plead Not Guilty for things they Are Guilty of? 😒

I think modern society has gotten a bit too soft on crime. We should give every person who violates society a chance to rehabilitate, but with each repeat offence people should start getting more and more severe punishments until they are back at mediaeval torture devices. Brutal but some people aren't fit for modernity

@YoMomma People are just straight up robbing retail places in broad daylight around where I live. They know the justice system moves too slow to do anything

@YoMomma I'm no fan of Trump, but some of what he calls out is right. I don't think he actually has workable solutions, but he's opening up a conversation

No. All persons suspected of crimes should be presumed innocent until and unless the gorvernment can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they committed the alleged crime. If additional charges or penalties were applied for pleading not guilty, this would place undue pressure on the accused to forgo their day in court (which is their right).

No but the punishment should definitely fit the crime

@Bklynbadboy12 i think they should get additional charges for lying and wasting the court's time 😤

@Bklynbadboy12 Define fit the crime? To me that means no criminal should be done with their sentence as long as their victim still suffers.
Thank You so very much for best comment :)
